- When a room is free, a green light turns on; when the room is in use, the light turns red.
- If the room isn’t used after a specific amount of time set upon installation, such as 15 minutes, for example, the Fusion server is informed and automatically marks the room as available in the calendar, as well as on the screen located near the door.
