Room reservation system via Crestron Fusion server
- Installation enabling employees to reserve a room on the spot using a touch screen near the door, or via planning tools used internally such as Microsoft and Google calendars.
- Control and motion systems closely linked to Crestron Fusion server, a meeting room network planning tool.
- When a room is free, a green light turns on; when the room is in use, the light turns red.
- If the room isn’t used after a specific amount of time set upon installation, such as 15 minutes, for example, the Fusion server is informed and automatically marks the room as available in the calendar, as well as on the screen located near the door.
